Zapewne mało osób o tym wie, ale GT4 posiada ukryte opcje, które potrafią lekko zmodyfikować interfejs wygląd menu głównego. Wprawdzie nie dodaje to nowej zawartości do gry, ale zawsze to kolejny odkryty sekret

"So far even Gran Turismo 4 for the Sony PlayStation 2 has a hidden settings menu like its successors!
The way to get this is you will need to go to the Options menu.
You will then need to press these buttons in this order. L1 + Up + L2 + Down + R1 + Left + R2 + Right + Start + Start.
Once you completed the combination above, you will hear the sound effect used for the entering menus. If done correctly.
2 extra settings named Secret and Monitor will be available.
